°. Derogatorias y Vigencia. El presente decreto entra a regir a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el

del artículo 2.2.2.24.5., del Decreto Único 1074 de 2015, no obstante lo cual, las medidas que a la fecha de entrada en vigor del presente decreto hubiesen sido adoptadas en uso de la facultad otorgada por el eliminado

Parágrafo

del artículo 2.2.2.24.5 continuarán vigentes hasta que la Autoridad Competente que haya tomado la decisión considere que se ha superado la situación de interés público.
