Art. 164. Si no se dictare auto para mejor proveer, o en el caso en que habiéndose dictado se hubieren practicado las pruebas ordenadas por la Corte o por los Tribunales Superiores, se procederá como se ha dispuesto en los artículos 155 a 158 de esta ley.
