La Nación destinará anualmente al Colegio Máximo de Academias de Colombia con una suma hasta de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000.00) para que las destine, con sujeción a las disposiciones de la presente Ley, al estímulo de la investigación científica, de la creación artística y de la alta cultura en general.
