° A los laboratorios de Bacteriología que establezcan los Gobierno de los Departamentos en las respectivas capitales, se les concede un auxilio, por cuenta de la Nación, hasta de dos mil pesos anuales, a juicio del Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Los laboratorios departamentales que reciban esta auxilio, quedan obligados a prestar a las respectivas Juntas Departamentales de Higiene , los servicios que éstas les exijan en relación con la higiene de pública.
