Art.3.º Durante la suspensión del remate de créditos procedentes de ajustamientos militares, la suma apropiada por la ley para amortizar dichos créditos se acumulará para hacer un remate extraordinario, de que se dará aviso al público, con quince días de anticipación, cuando se hayan girado todas las órdenes de pago.
