ARTICULO 89. Dividendos, participaciones o excedentes decretados en especie. La utilidad decretada en especie representa los dividendos, participaciones o excedentes que se ha decidido capitalizar, respecto de la cual aún no se han expedido los documentos representativos del aporte. La diferencia entre el valor nominal de los aportes y su valor asignado para efecto de la capitalización se debe registrar como prima en la colocación de aportes.
