º. Los bonos pensionales que correspondería expedir a Alcalis de Colombia Ltda. en liquidación, así como las cuotas partes de bonos a cargo de la misma, serán emitidos por la Nación por conducto de la oficina de bonos pensionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, dentro de los límites previstos en el artículo 1º de este decreto.
