Reglamento Interno. El Comité Asesor de la Región Administrativa y de Planificación expedirá su propio reglamento interno en el cual podrá definir los procedimientos para la elección del Presidente, Secretaría Técnica conformación de la Mesa Directiva del Comité, toma de decisiones, para el desarrollo de las sesiones y regular todo lo necesario para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del Comité y la consecución de sus objetivos.

Los miembros del Comité Asesor de la RAP serán Ad Honorem.
