El mandante cumplirá las obligaciones que a su nombre ha contraído el mandatario dentro de los límites del mandato.
Será, sinembargo, obligado el mandante si hubiere ratificado espresa o tácitamente cualesquiera obligaciones contraídas a su nombre.
