La apropiación hecha en el Capítulo 99, artículo 2014, será girada y pagada al Tesoro Municipal de Cáqueza, con destino a la pavimentación de la misma carretera, en el sector urbano y contiguo de dicho Municipio. El Tesorero rendirá las cuentas de la inversión a la Contraloría General de la República.
