° Corresponde al Comisario Especial de la Goajira la suprema fiscalización de la renta de licores dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción. Dicho empleado rendirá al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, oportuna y mensualmente, un informe detallado sobre la marcha de éstas, sin perjuicio del que a su vez debe rendir al mismo Ministerio del Administrador.
