El almacenamiento de basuras deberá hacerse en recipientes o por períodos que impidan la proliferación de insectos o roedores y se eviten la aparición de condiciones que afecten la estética del lugar. Para este efecto, deberán seguirse las regulaciones indicadas en el Título IV de la presente ley.
