Artículo séptimo. El pago del principal, interés y comisiones originadas en empréstitos externos o en la emisión, otorgamiento o garantía de Títulos u otros documentos de Deuda Externa por parte de la Nación y demás entidades de derecho Público, estarán exentos de toda clase de impuestos, tasas, contribuciones o gravámenes de carácter nacional.
