Artículo quinto. Las decisiones de la Junta se adoptarán por la mayoría de votos, y las actas de sus sesiones serán firmadas por el presidente y el secretario. Constituirá quórum para sus deliberaciones la asistencia de cinco de los miembros que la integran.
