º . Para efectos de obtener la indemnización por muerte en los eventos contemplados en este decreto, se deberá acompañar la siguiente documentación: - Registro de defunción expedido por el notario. - Registro civil de matrimonio de la víctima si era casada. - Registro civil de nacimiento de los hijos de la víctima. - Dos declaraciones extrajuicio si la víctima vivía en unión libre. - Registro civil de nacimiento si la víctima era soltera. - Registro civil de matrimonio de los padres, si son ellos los que cobran la indemnización. - Demás pruebas supletorias del estado civil previstas en la ley.
