Autorízase a la referida Junta para destinar de la suma a que se refiere el artículo l.°., la cantidad que considere necesaria para establecimiento de un Laboratorio de Bacteriología en el citado puerto de Santa Marta.

Parágrafo

El Laboratorio de Bacteriología de que trata el presente artículo estará al cuidado y a la orden de la Junta de Higiene del Departamento del Magdalena.
