Recaudo y traslado del Aporte Solidario voluntario por el COVID 19 . El recaudo y traslado del aporte solidario voluntario por el COVID 19 estará a cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN. El aporte solidario voluntario por el COVID 19 se recaudará mediante el mecanismo de la retención en la fuente y será trasladado al Fondo de Mitigación de Emergencias -FOME al que se refiere el Decreto Legislativo 444 de 2020.
