Crease una Oficina de registro en el Municipio de Sitionuevo, Departamento del Magdalena, cuya jurisdicción comprenderá este Municipio y los de Remolinos y Salamina. Una vez en vigencia esta disposición, el Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta pasara al Gobernador la terna correspondiente, a fin de que este funcionario haga el nombramiento respectivo.
