Clases de licencias. Las licencias urbanísticas serán de:

Urbanización.

Parcelación.

Subdivisión.

Construcción.

Intervención y ocupación del espacio público.

Parágrafo

La expedición de las licencias de urbanización, parcelación y construcción conlleva la autorización para el cerramiento temporal del predio durante la ejecución de las obras autorizadas. En estos casos, el cerramiento no dará lugar al cobro de expensa.
