Transición. Las entidades y actores del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud deberán adecuar progresivamente su operación a las disposiciones del presente decreto, en un plazo máximo de hasta por un (1) año, conforme a lo definido en esta norma, por parte del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Durante este periodo, los actores deberán ajustar su funcionamiento al Modelo de Salud Preventivo, Predictivo y Resolutivo, su articulación a las Redes Integrales e Integradas Territoriales de Salud (RIITS), y al nuevo enfoque territorial, diferencial e intersectorial definido en esta norma.
