º. La comisión interinstitucional creada en el presente decreto, estará conformada por

1.

La Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho, quien la presidirá.

2.

Dos (2) representantes del Colegio de Notarios.

3.

El Superintendente de Notariado y Registro.

4.

Dos (2) eminentes juristas en derecho notarial y registral, elegidos por la Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho.

5.

Dos (2) funcionarios del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, designados por la Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho. El Viceministro de Justicia y del Derecho será el coordinador de la comisión interinstitucional que se crea con el presente decreto.
