°. La persona que ejerza la profesión de médico y cirujano dentro del territorio de la República sin sujetarse al presente Decreto, será castigada con una multa de cien a doscientos pesos, por la primera vez, y el doble, en caso de reincidencia. Tales multas serán convertibles en arresto.
