Decreto 2264 de 2001 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el parágrafo 1º del artículo 424 del Estatuto Tributario.

º . Registro de productores. Las personas naturales y jurídicas que hayan producido en el territorio colombiano durante el año inmediatamente anterior los bienes señalados en el artículo 424 del Estatuto Tributario, deberán registrar su producción ante el Grupo de Origen, Producción Nacional y Oferta Exportable del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior a más tardar el primero (1º) de marzo de cada año, para lo cual deberán diligenciar la forma que señale ese Ministerio. El registro de producción nacional deberá actualizarse anualmente.

Parágrafo

Las solicitudes de registro que se presenten con posterioridad a la fecha mencionada en este artículo, no serán tomadas en consideración para medir el tamaño del mercado interno durante el año correspondiente.
