° Cuando el interesado presente la solicitud de devolución, deberá ajustar su cuenta corriente de tal forma que el saldo quede en cero. En caso de que no presente solicitud de devolución simultáneamente con la Declaración de Ventas, podrá trasladar el saldo a su favor a la Declaración de Ventas inmediatamente siguiente y en la oportunidad establecida por el Reglamento, podrá presentar una solicitud de devolución por el valor total del saldo acumulado.
