Art. 22. Cualquier individuo que figure en la lista de que habla el Artículo anterior, no debiendo figurar en ella por no tener las condiciones requeridas por el mismo Artículo, puede pedir la eliminación de su nombre. Esta petición debe dirigirse á la primera autoridad política de la Provincia, quien convocará á sesión á los demás miembros de la Junta, y si ésta hallare fundada la solicitud, ordenar í la eliminación pedida y designará el correspondiente reemplazo.
