La asignación diaria de los Diputados a las Asambleas Departamentales, por dietas, viáticos, gastos de representación y cualquier otro concepto, en conjunto o separadamente, no podrá exceder de la suma total que por razón de dietas y gastos de representación perciban diariamente los miembros del Congreso. Las anteriores asignaciones sólo se percibirán durante las sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias de la Corporación, según el caso.
