La Nación podrá reconocer mediante el servicio a la deuda los saldos por menores tarifas del sector eléctrico y de gas combustible por red, de que trata el artículo 272 de la Ley 2294 de 2023. El reconocimiento de que trata este artículo no afectará el cupo de endeudamiento.
