A la demanda debe acompañar el recurrente la suma de doscientos pesos y presentar las pruebas en que funde su solicitud.

Esta cantidad se devuelve al recurrente si se decreta la revisión. En el caso contrario, se toma de ella lo necesario para atender al pago de las costas, y el sobrante se aplica a la beneficencia pública.
