º. A los funcionarios públicos del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República se les aplicará el régimen prestacional vigente a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto. A los Directivos Docentes y a los Docentes se les aplicará el régimen prestacional establecido en el Estatuto Docente.
