El artículo 67 del Decreto 1333 de 1986, quedará así:

Artículo 67. Los Concejos Municipales se compondrán de los siguientes Concejales:

Los Municipios cuya población no exceda de cinco mil habitantes, elegirán siete (7); los que tengan de cinco mil uno a diez mil, elegirán nueve (9); los que tengan de diez mil uno hasta veinte mil, elegirán once (11); los de veinte mil uno hasta cincuenta mil, elegirán trece (13); los de cincuenta mil uno hasta cien mil, elegirán quince (15); los de cien mil uno hasta doscientos cincuenta mil, elegirán diecisiete (17); los de doscientos cincuenta mil uno, a un millón, elegirán diecinueve (19); los de un millón uno en adelante, elegirán veinte (20).
