Los actos similares a los delitos de que trata el presente Título que no pudieren, sin embargo, considerarse comprendidos en categoría o especie alguna de los mismos delitos, quedarán sujetos a los castigos disciplinarios o penas correccionales que indiquen log respectivos reglamentos.
