º. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto se aplicarán al ejercicio de la jurisdicción coactiva para el cobro de los tributos cuya liquidación, administración y control corresponde a la División de Impuestos Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
