Dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días hábiles siguientes a la fijación, publicación o emisión del último aviso de que trata el artículo anterior, los terceros interesados en oponerse a la adopción que la resolución que registra el derecho de dominio sobre bienes afectos al uso público a favor de las entidades oficiales o entes territoriales, podrán presentar un documento de oposición a dicha adopción, y deberán acompañarlo de los medios probatorios que le sirvan de soporte.
