ARTICULO 3.8.2.7.- CONSOLIDACION EXTRAORDINARIA DE LA CONTRIBUCION. En los casos de terminación del contrato de trabajo por liquidación o clausura definitiva de la empresa o establecimiento, despido sin justa causa, o muerte del trabajador el fondo mutuo procederá a consolidar la totalidad de las contribuciones de la empresa que ésta haya entregado al fondo a favor del respectivo trabajador y que aún no se hayan consolidado por no haber transcurrido el término previsto para el efecto por la ley o por el Acta Orgánica.
