Línea base mensual de seguimiento en la ejecución. Una vez iniciada la ejecución del proyecto y previo al inicio del reporte de seguimiento, el responsable del seguimiento debe conformar la línea base mensual de seguimiento, definida como aquel referente que permite contrastar mes a mes lo planeado frente a lo ejecutado, para determinar las posibles desviaciones que se tengan durante la ejecución. En la línea base se deben incluir aquellas actividades sobre las cuales se tenga recursos disponibles para la ejecución. Este proceso debe ser adelantado en la PIIP.
