De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 70 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, se entienden incorporadas a la lista de operaciones autorizadas para los establecimientos de crédito y las cooperativas facultadas para desarrollar la actividad financiera, las cuentas de ahorro electrónicas en las condiciones que se establecen en el presente decreto”.
