Art. 2°. Al recibirse en la Oficina del Presidente o Gobernador de un Estado o Prefecto de un Territorio nacional, un espediente con la resolucion final por la que el Poder Ejecutivo federal adjudique una porcion de terrenos baldíos, dictarán resolucion mandando poner en conocimiento del interesado la llegada del espediente, i designando el empleado que deba hacer la entrega que será la primera autoridad política del distrito o correjimiento en que estén ubicadas las tierras.
