Iniciación del procedimiento sancionatorio. El procedimiento sancionatorio se iniciará de oficio a solicitud o información de la autoridad sanitaria competente, por denuncia o queja presentada por cualquier persona o como consecuencia de haberse tomado previamente una medida preventiva o de seguridad.

Parágrafo

Aplicada una medida preventiva o de seguridad sus antecedentes deberán obrar dentro del respectivo proceso sancionatorio.
