º Deroganse los ordinales 1º, 22º y 23º del artículo 7º, los artículos 8º, 10 y 14 y el numeral 12 del artículo 32 de la Ley 0134 de 1931. El Gobierno reglamentará la manera de otorgar las exenciones de que tratan los ordinales 4º y 5º del artículo 7º de la misma Ley.
