Los términos señalados en los artículos 623 a 632 del Código de Procedimiento Penal y concordantes que deban aplicarse, son improrrogables. Los Jueces incurrirán en multa de $ 10.00 a $ 50.00, que impondrán la Procuraduría General de la Nación o los demás funcionarlos autorizados por la ley, por cada día de demora.
