La presente ley tiene como objeto modificar la Ley 769 de 2002 y establecer una serie de prerrogativas para el desarrollo de la actividad de los Organismos de Apoyo al Tránsito (OAT), en especial ·a los Centros de Enseñanza Automovilística (CEA), que les permita funcionar bajo condiciones acordes a las realidades actuales, facilitar la transición de persona natural a jurídica de manera voluntaria, sin contratiempos, conservando su antigüedad y sin interrumpir su operación, e instaurar mecanismos para amparar a los afectados por siniestros viales.

Objeto
Ley 2283 de 2023 · por medio de la cual se modifica la Ley 769 de 2002, se reglamenta la actividad de los organismos de apoyo al tránsito, garantizando el buen funcionamiento de los Centros de Enseñanza Automovilística (CEA), como mecanismo de prevención y amparo de la siniestralidad vial, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
