Cón el fin: indicado en el artículo anterior, la Nación tomará a su cargo las construcciones, terminación de las yá existentes, y las reconstrucciones indispensables para los locales de dichos institutos así cómo la orientación y provisión de los profesores necesarios para la formación de los educandos.
