° Para la realización de estas obras se destina el producto total de los derechos de puerto que se causen en el de Tumaco. Estos fondos serán depositados en un Banco elegido por el Gobierno, y las consignaciones deben hacerse desde que entre en vigencia esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Regirán también para el arreglo del puerto de Tumaco todas las demás disposiciones establecidas para los de Buenaventura, Cartagena y otros, en la Ley 77 de 1912 , con las modificaciones que establece la presente.
