Los funcionarios judiciales que tengan bajo su conocimiento procesos en los cuales haya personas privadas de la libertad, deberán remitir bimestralmente, al establecimiento de reclusión respectivo, una relación que informe lo resuelto en las providencias que decidan sustancialmente sobre la situación jurídica de esas personas, con indicación sobre su ejecutoria y fecha de la misma.
