Quedan derogadas las Leyes 30 de 1890, 25 y 41 de 1911, los artículos 1 2 y 5 de la Ley 29 de 1911 , y todas las demás que se refieran a las vías públicas de que trata la presente Ley, en todo aquello que estén en pugna con ella.
