"Artículo 7° Desde el 1° de febrero próximo, el sueldo del Médico Jefe del saneamiento de Buenaventura, será de $ 300. Desde la misma fecha los sueldos de los Agentes de Policía Sanitaria de los puertos de Cartagena, Santa Marta, Tumaco, Barbacoas y Guapi, serán de $ 40 mensuales cada uno.
