°. El literal d) del artículo 3° del Decreto 3092 de 1997 quedará así: “d) Uno punto cero veces (1.0) el saldo de los demás créditos destinados a financiar soluciones de vivienda de interés social. También será computable la cartera de vivienda de interés social que se adquiera definitiva o temporalmente a cualquier establecimiento de crédito, y la cartera de vivienda de interés social que se adquiera definitivamente a la ‘Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, ICT’ creada mediante el Decreto 1565 de 1996”.
