Del reclutamiento. El reclutamiento tiene por objeto atraer ciudadanos que reúnan los- requisitos para desempeñar empleos del Sistema a participar en los concursos para ingresar al servicio; el proceso de reclutamiento se inicia con el aviso de convocatoria de concurso. Los organismos y entidades del Sistema Nacional de Salud, a cuyas plantas pertenezcan los cargos que vayan a proveerse, deberán hacer la divulgación de la convocatoria a través de los medios de comunicación más idóneos.
