Artículo tercero. Las empresas comerciales o industriales señaladas en el artículo anterior, enviaran al Departamentos Administrativo de Planeación sus proyectos de inversión y sus estudios de factibilidad, a fin de que ese organismos, previa consulta con los Ministros respectivos y por conducto de ellos, proponga a las respectivas Juntas Directivas las reformas indispensables para que los proyectos se ajusten al plan general de desarrollo.
