ARTICULO 178. Notificación de demandas. En las acciones que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral, y contencioso administrativa, que interesen a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las demandas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
